Hi! Welcome to our fantasy league group! I hope you are as excited for this football season as I am!! If you love football as much as I do, I know you are VERY excited.
If this is your first season in fantasy football don't worry one bit about not knowing what to do. I will do what I can to try to answer your questions and help you out but let me tell you that you will probably catch on very easily. That's what I found in my first season and now I am ADDICTED. 
Now, I have set our DRAFT for **Sunday August 24th at 2:15PM CDT**. I can change this if most people need another time but Sunday seems to be a good day. So let me know if you prefer/need a different time.

1I can't wait for our draft! Last year I just let it draft automatically for me so this year I'm excited to try picking my own players.

LOL, I have a silly, personal policy. See, I hate the Patriots so I won't have any of them on my team. So I'll let y'all fight over Tom Brady and Randy Moss.

As much as I don't like Brady, hmmm...I think he's a good QB (I just don't want him on my team, that's all).
I know he hasn't showed much yet, but I really want to see what JaMarcus Russell can do.
I really liked him as a QB especially when them Tigers beat the crap out of Notre Dame at 2006 Sugar Bowl. I always thought Russell has potential, then again, I'm known to be wrong for my choices...
(I'm a huge college football spectator as well...that said: GO DUCKS!!!!)

I'm glad I found people on here who are as excited about football as I am! I can't wait for the draft! Too bad it's a couple of months away BUT it gives us time to do research and get ready.

And I too am an avowed Patriots hater so no Tom Brady for me - whoever in this league who can actually stand the Patriots enough to take Brady in the draft is a lucky girl indeed.

vinvegas83 - The ones who don't mind having Brady and Moss on their teams are very lucky indeed. It's too bad my hate for the patriots slightly edges out my love of winning.

10How are you doing this league, on ESPN or some other site?
I love football and have a fantasy league with a group of friends (I'm the commish) and always do the free Yahoo one too.
